Refund policy

EXCHANGE / RETURN POLICY

• We only provide the option of exchange for size, and request made within 2 days of receiving the product. The item is eligible for size exchange only once. 
• To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging along with the product tags and labels intact. Items are eligible for exchange only once.
• We do not provide exchanges on items marked on SALE & ONE SIZE.
  
• We are unable to accept returns on any products unless it is a damaged product.
• In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us a photo of the damaged product at contact@huetopia.in within 24 hours of receiving your order.
• Upon authorization of returns, we will gladly offer you a refund /exchange/ store credit on a case-by-case basis.
• All returns are subject to verification by our team at Huetopia

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

• You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it by either contacting +91-8460068657 or mailing us at contact@huetopia.in. No cancellations beyond 24 hours will be entertained barring extenuating circumstances. Any accepted cancellation beyond 24 hours will be exclusively at the discretion of our team at Huetopia. A cancelled order will result in a credit to the user's bank account.
• Refunds will be processed in the form of credit to their Credit Card / Net Banking / Debit Card Account within 7 business days.
